Needle stick...paranoid of HIV? - syphilis impetigo

So I stayed with a used needle and the patient had syphilis (he received blood tests and I'm good), but it was four months ago, I know it's stupid, but nevertheless I am very scared that also have the HIV epidemic in May and which may also have. I have a blood test yesterday too, but I get the results this week and while I'm really scared!
