Maybe I am not educated with Microsoft Expression Web, but for a simple HTML page is extremely difficult, in comparison with MS Publisher to be creative. For example, you can simply drag and drop a rectangular box, then fill it with color. Or, you can not form an online tool. Am I not only see how it can use to do in Expression Web?
